Support Comprehensive Health Care for All
HEALTH CONNECTIONS, INC. is a non-profit organization bringing health care services to some of Milwaukee's most vulnerable populations. We can use your financial support to reach more people in need. The COVID-19 virus continues to evolve. The demand for mobile community-based vaccination clinics increases. Your generosity gives us an opportunity to make sure health care services are delivered to anyone who needs them in Wisconsin.
Health Connections, Inc. is dedicated to the practice of primary care, behavioral health and health-related social services care coordination. Although our goal is to provide services for all of the Greater Milwaukee area, there is a special focus on vulnerable populations that traditionally experience barriers to accessing health care.
The Affordable Care Act (ACA) was passed in 2010 and has granted increased access to health insurance and thereby comprehensive health care to all. As a result, there is a rise in the demand for health services that Health Connections, Inc. plans to make a concerted effort to meet.
