MOVE Every Heart MKE Program Overview
Health Connections Inc. (HCI), in collaboration with Y-Eat Right, leads MOVE Every HEART Milwaukee through the Milwaukee Heart Health Learning Collaborative (MHHLC). This initiative brings heart health screenings, education, and community resources directly into Milwaukee’s most impacted ZIP codes through a 5-stop church tour. What You’ll Find at Each Tour Stop
Join us for a day of health, fun, and community! Each location will feature:
MOVE Every Heart MKE 2026 Tour Schedule Free Special Health Services Available at Select MOVE Every Heart MKE Tour Stops Take an extra step for your health during the MOVE Every Heart MKE Tour. At select tour stops, community members can schedule FREE Clinical Breast Exams and FREE One-on-One Medication Reviews. Appointments are limited, so advance registration is encouraged. Clinical Breast Exams Provided by Nurses Affecting Change Receive a private clinical breast exam with a trained healthcare professional. Participants will also have an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about breast health and early detection. One-on-One Medication Reviews Provided by the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin (PSW) Meet privately with a licensed pharmacist to review your prescription and over-the-counter medications, discuss possible side effects or interactions, ask questions about dosage, and make sure your medications are working well for you.
